• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
• Product images are for representation purposes; actual colors may vary slightly
• Each piece is unique and may have slight variations from the displayed images
• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice

4. Orders and Payment

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing
• We accept payments through Razorpay including UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, and Wallets
• All payments are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways
• Order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
• Delivery timeframes: 5-7 business days for metro cities, 7-10 business days for other locations
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location
• Free shipping available on orders above ₹1500
• Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before shipping, whichever is earlier
• To cancel an order, contact us at lokirijul@gmail.com with your order number
• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return
