Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST on Friday or during weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders above ₹1,500
  • Standard Shipping: ₹60 for orders below ₹1,500
  • Express Shipping: ₹150 (delivers 1-2 days faster, available at checkout)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Additional ₹50 COD fee applies

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details

  • Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of shipment

Delivery Instructions

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package
  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times
  • If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us
  • Re-shipping charges may apply for returned packages due to failed delivery attempts
  • You can provide delivery instructions at checkout (e.g., "Leave with security")

Delivery Verification

  • An OTP (One-Time Password) may be required for order delivery
  • Valid ID proof may be requested for high-value orders
  • Signature confirmation may be required for certain deliveries
  • Please keep your phone accessible during expected delivery dates

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be available soon. For bulk international orders, please contact us at lokirijul@gmail.com for custom arrangements.

Packaging

All art pieces are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Fragile items are marked accordingly and handled with extra care. We use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible.

Delays and Exceptions

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control:

  • Natural disasters or severe weather conditions
  • Public holidays and festivals
  • Political unrest or strikes
  • COVID-19 restrictions or lockdowns
  • Remote location accessibility issues

In case of significant delays, we will proactively notify you via email or SMS.

Incomplete or Wrong Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
  • Orders returned due to incomplete/wrong addresses will incur re-shipping charges

  • Address changes cannot be made once the order is shipped
