At Leoki Art, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return products and request refunds.

Return Eligibility

You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • The product is significantly different from the description or images shown
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product has quality issues or manufacturing defects

Note: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached for return acceptance.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling or misuse
  • Custom-made or personalized orders
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery

Return Process

Initiate Return

Contact us at lokirijul@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Include photos if the item is damaged.

Return Approval

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions if approved.

Ship the Product

Pack the item securely in original packaging and ship to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Inspection

Once received, we will inspect the product within 2 business days to verify the return reason.

Refund Processing

After approval, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline

  • Refund inspection: Within 2 business days of receiving the return
  • Refund processing: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Credit to original payment method: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider)

Total expected timeframe: 12-19 business days from return initiation to refund receipt

Refund Methods

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • If the original payment method is unavailable, we will issue a bank transfer to your registered account
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Cash on Delivery orders will receive refunds via bank transfer

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Do not accept the package if the damage is visible on the outer packaging
  • If accepted, document the damage with clear photos within 24 hours
  • Contact us immediately at lokirijul@gmail.com with photos and order details
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs
  • No return shipping charges will apply for damaged/defective items

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before shipping, whichever is earlier
  • To cancel, email lokirijul@gmail.com with your order number
  • Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days for cancelled orders
  • Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled but may be returned as per this policy

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-initiated returns: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
  • Damaged/defective/incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns
